CROWNS

They are most commonly done after root canal treatment, or when a large filling wears out. Crowns are full coverage restorations that are used to cover a tooth that is likely to break, or is too broken to fill.These include all porcelain crowns, porcelain fused to gold or all gold crowns.

ORAL APPLIANCE THERAPY FOR SLEEP APNEA

These are appliances that are used to open the airway to treat patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea or in patients that snore.

FIXED BRIDGES

These are teeth replacements cemented in place utilizing crowns connected together. Fixed bridges give the patient the feel and security of their natural teeth.

PORCELAIN VENEERS

These are lab-fabricated facings for teeth to change color, enhance smile design or fill-in spaces in front teeth.

ROOT CANAL THERAPY

Root canals are used to treat teeth in which the nerve of the tooth has become infected from a large cavity or is non-vital. These procedures can be done painlessly and usually in one visit.

IMPLANT RESTORATIONS

These are crowns, fixed bridges or dentures that utilize implants as support and retention to replace msissing teeth or greatly enhance the quality of life by securing loose dentures.

TMJ TREATMENTS  Problems in this joint may be caused by a malalignment of the teeth, trauma, or excess muscle tension. Initial treatment for this problem is usually accomplished with the fabrication of custom fitted guards or splints.

Problems in this area can cause:

  • Headaches
  • Earaches
  • Trouble/soreness in opening and closing the mouth
  • Clicking or popping of the jaw
  • Pain in the jaw muscles
  • Soreness in the area, sometimes extending to the face

 

CUSTOMIZED FULL AND PARTIAL DENTURES

This is a five visit process to fabricate dentures or partial dentures that are customized with patient input to meet the patient`s functional and esthetic needs. Overdentures with precision attachments can be made using selected teeth or implants as anchorage, which hold the denture securely in place.
